2. Your catalog, looked at — we’ll tell you what imports cleanly from BigCommerce and what needs mapping: which products carry serials, which carry lots, which are plain SKUs.
3. Counts, costs and customers — from your current POS or a spreadsheet, with store-credit balances and gift certificates carried over. We do this with you at no charge.
4. Training — one session for the counter, one for the back office. Most stores are live the same day.
